Traveling With Kids: Our Car Seat Policy

Straightforward, but worth knowing before you book.

We don't stock car seats in the vehicle, and that's actually intentional — your child's own seat is already correctly fitted to them and familiar, which matters more than convenience here.

What we ask

Bring your own car seat and let us know in the Special Instructions field when booking — how many seats, and a rough sense of the child's age or size. That way your driver plans vehicle space accordingly rather than being surprised at pickup.

Installation

For liability reasons, we ask parents to install and secure the car seat themselves. Your driver will help load it into the vehicle and give you the time and space to get it properly secured before heading out.

Multiple car seats

The Suburban has room for multiple car seats alongside adult passengers — just flag the total count when booking so we confirm there's enough room for your specific group.

Common Questions

We recommend bringing your own car seat, since it's the one your child is already familiar with and correctly fitted to. Let us know in advance and we'll make sure there's room to install it properly.
