Conference organizers and event planners have a different problem than a single traveler booking a ride — you're often coordinating multiple people arriving at different times, sometimes on different flights entirely, all needing to get to the same venue.
If your attendees are landing throughout the day on separate flights, we can schedule individual pickups timed to each one rather than trying to force everyone into a single group pickup window that won't actually match reality.
For larger groups, we can typically coordinate multiple vehicles departing together, subject to driver availability at the time — the earlier we know your dates and headcount, the better we can guarantee it.
As soon as you have flight details, reach out. For anything involving multiple vehicles or a tight event schedule, a week or more of lead time gives us real room to plan properly rather than scrambling last minute.
